6. Terms of delivery

8. Electronic invoice

(1.) Range of services
Upon acceptance of the order, the customer receives invoices from our online shop electronically to the email address provided by him.
The customer does not send the invoice by post. Idas Ecke Design is not obliged to accept an order for the electronic sending of the invoice by email.

(2.) Delivery of the invoice
On the recipient side, the customer must ensure that all electronic mailings of the invoice by email by Idas Ecke Design are properly sent to the customer announced e-mail address can be delivered and technical facilities such as filter programs or firewalls can be adapted accordingly. Any automated electronic reply letters to Ida's corner design (e.g. out-of-office notes) cannot be taken into account and do not prevent valid delivery.

(3.) E-mail address
The customer has to change the e-mail address to which the invoice is to be sent to our online shop immediately in writing and to be communicated legally. Sending of invoices to the e-mail address last announced by the customer is deemed to have been received if the customer has not notified our online shop of a change in his e-mail address.

(4.) Security
Idas Ecke Design is not liable for damages that result from an increased risk of sending the invoice electronically by email compared to sending it by post. The customer bears the increased risk of access by unauthorized third parties due to the storage of the electronic invoice.

(5.) Termination / Revocation
The customer can revoke the participation in the electronic sending of the invoice by email at any time. After the written termination has been received and processed by Idas Ecke Design, the customer will in future receive invoices by post to the postal address given last. Idas Ecke Design reserves the right, for an important reason, to independently change the delivery of the invoice via e-mail to the postal address last announced to Idas Ecke Design.

(6.) Changes to the terms and conditions for electronic invoices by email
A change to the terms and conditions for electronic invoices by email will be sent to the customer electronically notified of the invoice by email. This change comes into effect after a period of 30 days after delivery and is considered approved if the customer does not revoke participation in the electronic sending of the invoice by e-mail within this period in accordance with point 5. If requested, Idas Ecke Design will inform the customer of any changes to the terms and conditions, the 30-day period, the start of the period and the significance of his behavior.
